He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Griswold and Mattie E. Griswold; and his sister Mary Louise Dunning. He is survived by: his wife Winona Salter; his children, Marty (Diane), Von (Lisa), Vicki Miller (Jeff) and Paul (Alesia); his sister Cynthia Nelson (Aaron); and his great grandchild Luke White. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren;17 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
