Miller of Jay, Florida, born in Clearwater, Florida, who passed away on July 30, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Spencer B. Miller; her parents, Glen Wallace and Nancy McLaughlin; and her stepfather Carl McLaughlin. She is survived by: her son Jeff Miller (Vicki); her grandsons, Scott White (Jill) and Clint White (Julie); and her brother Chuck Wallace (Joan).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made, in Peggy's name, to L.E.A.D.
