He is survived by: his wife Polly; his sons, Jonathan Holland, Timmy Lunsford (Michelle), Gary Madden, Lee Madden (Melissa) and Terry Madden (Jeanette); his son-in-law Guy Baker; his daughters, Lori Lee (Rusty) and Emily Burnham (Chris); and his sister Belinda Holland.
