He is survived by: his son Wayne (Jamie) of Jay; his siblings, Ernestine Stone (Bob) of Jacksonville, Geraldine Hawkins of Nashville and Carlos (Kathy) of Jay; and his grandchildren, Zach, Lauren, Josh and Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
