He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mason West and Mary Kate West (Terrell); and his brother Dr. Fred West. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ann Kelley; his children, Denise (John Stone) of Milton, FL and Benjie (Kristie West) of Milton, FL; his grandchildren, Kolbie West of Nashville, TN and Benjamin West; his stepgrandsons, John Stone Jr. and Michael Stone (Nikki); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Owen of John, III, Sierra, Opal and Skyler; and his siblings, Don West (Maureen), David West (Vickie) and Sandra West Blackmon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
Family requests that attendees wear masks due to CDC recommendations.
