He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Staten Wiggins and Sally Powell Wiggins; and his brother John Powell Wiggins (Ellinor) of Live Oak, Florida.. He is survived by: his wife Suezette Cason Wiggins; his children, Bryce Wiggins (Kelly) of Valdosta, Georgia, Natalie Wiggins of Jasper and Roxanne Creech (Kevin) of St. Augustine; his grandchildren, Lindsey Underwood (Cody), Brooke Burnam, Cassidy Wiggins, Dalton Wiggins, Kiera Moore, Jaden Moore and Hayden Creech; his great grandchildren, Bennett, Grace and Jack; and his sisters, Nancy Picker (Fran) of Lakeland, Evelyn Altman (Wilbert) of White Springs and Myrtle Ann McElroy (Norman) of Wellborn, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the First United Methodist Church, P O Box 1298, Jasper, Florida.
