Ruth R. Linton Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2022, at the age of 97, Ruth R. Linton (Jasper, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Crawford, Robert Riley Jr., Rufus Riley, Rebecca Riley Brantley, Otis Riley, Arthur Lee Riley and Elsie Riley Smith; her daughters, Linda Linton and Pamela Linton; her grandchild Shanise Gallon; her siblings, Towers, Niagara Falls, Pearl Harbor of Washington, D. C., Nappa Valley, Grand Canyon, Big Ben and Eiffel Tower; her husband Archie Gallon; her daughter Sharon Linton-Gallon; her son-in-law Archie Gallon Jr.; her grandchildren, Quenton Owens and Shanise N. Gallon; and her sister-in-law Doris McMillan. She is also survived by cousins, an abundance of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She would repeatedly make her financial contributions to the college to ensure that other students were given the same opportunity that she was given, she considered this task a notable one to serve her community.
