He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr. and Elvie. He is survived by: his son Randy; his wife Sharon Bembry Gay; his daughter Pam Kovach; his son-in-law David Kovach of Colorado Springs, CO; his sisters, Betty Sue Farnback of Lake Butler and Joyce Formby of Naples, FL; and his granddaughters, Hannah and Sarah Kovach.
