He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Cleo Wiggins and Georgia Lee Thomas; his daughters, Charlotte Pittman and Marti Wiggins; and his siblings, John Lynard Wiggins, James Cleo Wiggins, Aubrey Wiggins, Bill Wiggins and Jeanette Crosby.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wiggins; his son Dale Pittman of Jasper, FL; his sister Ruth Cone (Howard) of Lake Hamilton, FL; his granddaughter Valerie Pittman; and his great grandchild Carter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Calvary Baptist Church of Jasper, FL or to Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL.
