He was predeceased by: his father James Lewie Barr; and his brother Joe Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Marie Chambers Barr of Jasper, FL; his son Lou; his daughter-in-law Lane Barr of Navarre, FL; his daughter Michelle Westbrook of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Braxton Barr of Navarre, FL, Tyler Westbrook of Valdosta and Layla Westbrook of Valdosta; his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Linda Rowe of Valdosta; and his sisters, Jane (Lynn Nelson), Jean Baskins of Valdosta and Patsy Nunnally of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
