It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian Leigh Bembry of Jasper, Florida, who passed away on March 20, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cossie Leigh and Blanche Jones; her husband Payton Bembry Sr.; her sons, Payton Bembry, Jr. and Wilmer Bembry; her son-in-law Ralph Gay; her grandsons, Chet Bembry and Jeffrey Burnam; and her siblings, Geraldine Fisher, Faye Anne Godwin, Albert Jones and Clayton Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Irvin C. Bembry (Charleen), Sharon Bembry Gay of Jasper, FL. and Marilyn Bembry Burnam (Farrell) of Jasper, FL.; and her daughters-in-law, Alma Bembry of Cherokee, NC and Sharon Bembry of Crown Point, Indiana. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren.
