He was predeceased by: his parents, Annice Kelly and Rose Lee Kelly; his uncle Charlie McCather; and his brothers, Coy Kelly, Maxie Kelly, Junior Kelly and Eddie Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Kelly Jr., Joann Flanders and Jimmie Ann Relford; his brother Daniel Kelly; his sister-in-law Catherine Kelly; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Rimkus, Benjamin Brown, Candra Dickey, Jason Isreal, Brandon, Brian Isreal, Jimmel Walsh, Travis Westbrooke, Jessica Westbrooke, Shelton Kelly and Dymond Kelly. He is also survived by great grandchildren and loving family members.
