She is survived by: her son Donnie Phillips (DeeDee) of Middleburg, FL; her granddaughter Annie Simms (Caleb); her niece DeAnna Gist (Bobby) of Valdosta, GA; her nephew David Bandy (Cathy) of Lake Butler, FL; and her close friends, Milton and Vickie Knighton. She is also survived by animals, especially dogs.
