She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmo William Stanley and Anna Marie Barnes Stanley; her husband Donald Eugene Phillips; and her son Richard Eugene Phillips. She is survived by : her son Donnie Phillips (DeeDee) of Middleburg, FL; her granddaughter Annie Simms (Caleb); her niece DeAnna Gist (Bobby) of Valdosta, GA; her nephew David Bandy (Cathy) of Lake Butler, FL; and her close friends, Milton and Vickie Knighton. She is also survived by animals, especially dogs.

A graveside service was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4353 SW 107th Ave, Jasper, FL 32052).
