He was predeceased by: his wife Edna. He is survived by: his children, James Hart (Sandra "Penny"), Jody Hart, Elmo Tanner, Jr. (Lula), John Tanner (Sylvia) and Arlene Hart; and his brothers, Wayne Hart and Don Hart. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
