She was predeceased by: her parents, Deacon Israel Simmons Sr. and Della Mae Owens Simmons. She is survived by: her son Vincent Terry (Lenore) of Daytona Beach, FL.; her grandson Demarco Terry of Daytona Beach, FL.; her brother Israel Simmons Jr. (Bug); her sister-in-law Phyllis Simmons; and her siblings, Josephine, Bobbie, Willie Sr., Jesse, George, Jimmy and Clifford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
