He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Evelyn Miller Norris; his children, Billy, Jim Norris (Amy) of Jasper, Sylvia Manley (Scott) of Wichita Falls, TX, Tim Norris (Brenda) of Jasper and Kim Evans (Billy) of White Springs; and his parents, Arthur M. Norris and Willie Burke Norris. He was also cherished by his numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, a private ceremony and interment was held with Harry T. Reid Funeral Home, with Pastor Charles Johnson and Brother Ricky Bennett officiating.
