She is survived by: her husband Thomas William Smith, Sr.; and her children, Thomas Smith, Jr. (Janice) of Jennings, FL., Blake Smith (Kay) of Burnsville, N. C., Debra Hamm (Joey) of Live Oak, FL., Kim Atkinson (Roger) of Landrum, S. C. and Leslie McKinney (Robert) of Green Mountain, N. C.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
