He is survived by: his wife Pearl Dukes Williams; his son Arthur Douglas "Artie" Williams (Janice); his stepchildren, Alan Dukes (Leigh) and Karen Ragland (Jerry); and his sister Pearlene Williams Snell (Charles). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers family request that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
