It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Yvonne Hazouri Allen of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles J. Hazouri; her husband Philip George Allen; her close friend Dominick Sciotto; her siblings, Charles J. Hazouri, Jr., Edith Calise (Joseph) and Shirley Newton (Ray); and her nephew Jimmy Calise.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Allen (Wendy), Patricia Williams (Tommy), Karen Slater (Tim) and Philip Allen (Cindy); her grandchildren, Ryan Slater, Robert Allen, Jessie Slater Horn (Joshua), Savannah Williams and Mya Allen; her child Charlie Calise (Lana); her nieces and nephews, Roger, Charlie Boy, Deborah, Matthew of Carly, TJ and Taylor; and her friend Father Frank Iacona. She is also survived by many cousins, special friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
