He is survived by: his wife Maxine Sapp; his children, Gloria Lee Sapp, Wilton Lee Sapp, Jr. and Marina Eve Sapp; his adoptive daughter Tammy Haddon; his grandchildren, Christin Easterling, Kayla Morris, Leah Sapp and Seth Joyner; his great grandchildren, Jocelyn Hanner, Alivia Gibson, Darron Gibson, Alex Hanner, Ethan Sapp and Liam Sapp; and his siblings, Glenda Kirkpatrick and Winston Sapp.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Cedar Bay Funeral Home (405 New Berlin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Dunns Creek Baptist Church (1425 Starratt Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
