He is survived by: his parents, Herman Welch and Gloria Welch; his pet Lola; his daughter Jessica; the mother of his children Sandra; his grandchildren, Rylee Reese and Phillip Alton of William Royce, III.; and his siblings, Joy Welch, Gayle Pease, Michelle Howard, Chuck Richards and Ronald Richards. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and extended family.
