With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Roy Bowens Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roy Bowens Sr. and Dorothy McKenzie (Dot); and his sister Pam Harrison. He is survived by: his wife Harriett Bowens (Burger); his daughter Emily Worthe Bowens; his siblings, Sherry Craddock Miller (Gary) and James Benjamin Bowens; and his stepfather James McKenzie. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
