He was predeceased by: his parents, Dall Attewell and Lucile Attewell; his brother Philip; and his daughter Angela. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; and his sons, Bill Jr. (DeAnn) and Jeff (Anna). He is also survived by sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
