He is survived by: his children, William Lee Fulghum, Jr. of Bremen, GA, Charles Owen Fulghum (Cheryl) of Waynesville, NC and Camille Fulghum Durden (Todd) of Jacksonville, FL; his brother Charles Edgar Fulghum of Greensboro, GA; and his grandchildren, Mary Holland, Gracie, Will Fulghum, Chris (Jaimie) and Conner Durden (Janee). He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
