He was predeceased by: his mother Fay Cook. He is survived by: his daughter Tabetha Lopez; his father Thomas William Cook; his sister Debra Rochester; his nephew Ricky Rochester (Bethany); his niece Rebecca Rochester; his great-nieces, Bailey, Bristol Rochester and Mali Fay Morgan; and his great-nephew Braxton Rochester. He is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to Calvary Temple Church of God.
