We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2019, Wendall O'Steen (Jacksonville, Florida), born in Meigs, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wellna O'Steen and Lillian Powell O'Steen; his spouse Sandra Kraeer O'Steen of Atlantic Beach, FL; his sons, TSgt Buckley Powell O'Steen and Kerry Keith O'Steen (Carol); his grandchildren, Kallie and Kirk of Wendell, NC.; and his brother Gene Nolan O'Steen (Mae Swims O'Steen).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in honor of Dr. Wendall Keith O'Steen to the Macular Degeneration Foundation and/or to the Community Hospice & Palliative Care Center at 4266 Sunbeam Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32257.
