He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Candace Thomas; his parents, Sandra Harvey and Matthew Dale Robinson, I; his children, Walter Levi Phelps, Jr., Charlotte Flowers, Walteria Phelps, Wynter Phelps, Serenity Phelps and Bless Phelps; his stepdaughter Amya Garvin; his siblings, Terrell Phelps, Ronald Phelps, Brittany Phelps and Mark Robinson; and his grandmother Amanda Robinson. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
