He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fred Hall and Annie Hannah Hall; and his brothers, Joseph Hall and Gary Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Osborne Hall (Cora), Michael Hall, Sharon Fleming, Cynthia Hall, Vanessa Hall Hampton (Ted) and Johannah Hall; and his aunts, Helen Hall Norman, Josephine Hall Porter and Evelyn Ishamael. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many, many friends.
