He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Henry and Sylvia Davis Henry; and his sisters, T. Carla Newbern and Jayne A. McCormick. He is survived by: his children, Robin Rodriguez (Walter) and Major Tommy E. Henry, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jordan and Melanie Rodriguez of Alexandria, VA; his sister Dr. Wilma J. Henry of Wesley Chapel, FL; his brother-in-law William A. McCormick; his former spouse Oliva Henry of Alexandria, VA; his devoted guardian Melinda "Mindy" Woosley; and his caregiver Kimberly A. McCormick of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, his family.
