He was predeceased by: his father Paul Gerald Morgan Sr.; his son Jimmy Leon Price Jr.; and his brother-in-law James Lewis Stringer Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Morgan (Bonnie Morgan); his son Tommy "TJ" Morgan Jr. (Lorrie); his grandchildren, Madison Chloe Morgan and Tanner Jack Morgan; his great grandchild Colton Lee Haddock; and his siblings, Paul Morgan Jr., Shirley Stringer and Margie Somnitz (Gene).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fraser Funeral Home (8168 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at the Manning Cemetery.
