He is survived by: his wife Lila K. Choulat; his siblings, Pamela Lutinand, Christine Ausband, Teri Choulat, Karen Harrell and Thomas Howard; and his children, Diana Yon, James Choulat (Gena), Tracey Choulat (Chastity), Neva Johnson (Scott), Tiffany Hartley (Charlie) and Victoria Choulat. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
