He was predeceased by: his parents, Tyler Scoggins and Catherine Scoggins (Jacksonville). He is survived by: his children, Jane Barrett (James) and Tyler Scoggins (Amanda); his grandchildren, Carlton, Ansleigh and Andrew Barrett; his sister Barbara Coen (Bill); his niece Christina Coen (Gina Bishard); his nephew Bryan Coen (Jill); his cousins, Jimmy Johnston (Jessica), Ian, Seth and Corey Johnston; and his friends, Ronnie, Billy, Debbie Albair, David Bergeaux and Bobby Gillespie.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Riverside Event Pavilion (1373 Memorial Park Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32205).
