He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Fay James. He is survived by: his children, Michael James (Cheryl) and Kathy McDowell (Tom); and his siblings, Clayton, Paul James and Joyce Oglesby. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Fraser Funeral Home (8168 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Riverside Memorial Park (7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205).
