He is survived by: his wife Adrienne Hartley Moore; his children, Dr. Thomas Carlton Moore (Vannessa) and Phyllis Moore Wiley; his grandchildren, Leon Collin Wiley and Caitlin N. Wiley; his siblings, Coralene Moore Parker and Eric A. Moore; his sister-in-law Jeannette Hartley Robinson; his niece Cheryl L. Parker; and his nephews, Stanley L. Parker (Janice) and Reginald D. Parker. He is also survived by loving cousins, grandnephews, grandnieces and friends.
