He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. Sullivan Sr. and Laura E. Sullivan; his sister Judy Lippiatt (Charles Lippiatt); and his son-in-law Joseph K. Creamons III. He is survived by: his wife Inge Wolf Sullivan; his children, Linda Creamons (Joe) of Jacksonville, FL. and Thomas M Sullivan III (Kim) of Jacksonville, FL.; his siblings, Maureen Sullivan of Jacksonville, FL, Patricia Lambert (Douglas) of Ironton, OH, Anne Martin (Dave Hanson) and Dennis Sullivan (Marian) of Mars, PA.; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Grace Creamons, Emily, Jackson and Mackenzie Sullivan. He is also survived by 12 nieces/ nephews, 23 great nieces/nephews and 2 great, great nieces.
