He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edwin Gwaltney, Sr. and Alene Marie Gwaltney of Jacksonville, Florida.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Gwaltney; his sons, Thomas Edwin Gwaltney, III (Eun Ryung) of Franklin and Sean Christopher Gwaltney of Jacksonville, Florida; his grandchildren, Skyler Gwaltney of Nashville, Caulin Gwaltney of Jacksonville, Florida, Cherrod Gwaltney (Matt) of Brisbane and Camryn Gwaltney of Tallahassee, Florida; his sister Peggy Hampton; his aunt Ermie Ganey; his niece Kelli Cullen (John); and his stepchildren, Don Prince (Stephanie) of Lakeland, Brett Prince (Connie) of White Oak, Georgia and Kim Simms (Alan) of Middleburg, Florida. He is also survived by six step grandchildren, and seven step great grandchildren.
