He was predeceased by: his father Dr. James Hallisy. He is survived by: his wife Beth Holzheimer Hallisy; his children, Brian Hallisy (Maria Theresa Vega), Ashley, Daniel Hallisy of Jacksonville, Joseph, Michael Jones (Shani Sprenger) of Overland Park, Christopher, Lauren and Matthew Hallisy (Wendy Theiss) of San Diego; his granddaughter Sophia Woodard; his daughter Tara Baughner (Mark) of Novelty; his grandsons, Evan, Logan, Jake Gawloski and Connor Gawloski; his daughters, Carolyn Elkins and Joanne Blake; and his mother Angela Hallisy of Cleveland Heights. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
