With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Ellis Copeland of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on September 20, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Israel Lee Copeland Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Janice Copeland, Frederick and Eric Copeland; her sisters, Margaret Ellis and Pearline (Buddy Mackey); and her friends, Carol, Linda and Sharon. She is also survived by six grandchildren; a host of other relatives.
