He is survived by: his wife Robin Lewis; his children, Jason Lewis, Jennifer Dille (Spencer), Candice Barnes (Jonathan), Jessica Lewis, Amanda Powell (Billy) and Cherrill Vachon; and his grandchildren, Tanner, Gavin, Benjamin, Chandler, Isabelle, Kyler, Kennedy and Olive.
