Farmer; his wife Kathy Fitch-Fowlkes; his children, Winston Fowlkes (Nicole), Ashley Fowlkes (Kris), Kaitlyn Holton (TJ) and Makayla Fowlkes (Michael Davison); his stepson Michael Farthing (Bernadett); his grandsons, Gavynn A. Fowlkes and William R. Goethe; and his sisters, Vanessa Fowlkes and Valerie Rafey (Omar).
