It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Eugene Foster (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Sidney South and Joyce Monday (Alan Monday); his brother Phil Foster (Cathy); his nephew Dustin; his niece Davi; his wife Elvie Foster; his children, Timothy Foster (Jeanie), Kimberly Chancey (Jason) and Amanda Foster; his grandchildren, Troy, Donna (Michael), Steven, Haydn, Braydn, Riley, Noah and Siddalee; and his great great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Mateo, Roman and Rhea. He is also survived by friends and family.
