He is survived by: his wife Jane Jowers Hendrix; his sons, Stephen Hendrix, Jr. and Michael Hendrix (Megan); his grandchildren, Sophia and Liam; his mother Gloria Hendrix Agles; his brother Randy Hendrix (Robyn); his nephews, Austin and Jason; his sister Nancy Lockerman; and his nieces and nephews, Shelby and Jacob.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Center or Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless.
