He is survived by: his wife Rose Imray (Kues); his daughters, Robin Maushart (Michael) and Stephanie Forbes; his sisters, Caryl Culbertson (Steve Donahue) and Dina Howell (Duane); his in-laws, Jeanne Kues, Jack Kues (Kim), Ray Kues, Julie Bruzina (Rich) and Joe Kues (Patty); and his grandchildren, Addison, Grant and Levi Maushart. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to St. Johns the Baptist Church or Waves of Gray for brain cancer research.
