He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Lee Banks Mask; his former wife Adeleen Whitlock McWilliams Mask; his daughter Wanda Mask Haymons; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Lexi. He is survived by: his son Wade C. Mask, Sr. (Sharon); his stepsons, Barry McWilliams (Doris) of Peachtree City, GA and Jeff McWilliams (Phyllis) of Fayetteville, GA; his grandchildren, Jessica, Mary, Debbie, Wade Jr., Brittany and Briley; his stepgrandchildren, Dave, Peter, Tiffany and Patrick; his great grandchildren, Sarah of Samuel, BF, Alanna and Paisley; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jesse, Hannah, Connor, Sarah, Colin and Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wayside Assembly of God, per Roger's wishes.
