Shive of Jacksonville, FL; his mother Patricia A. Shive of Mesa, Arizona; his sisters, Wanita L. Long of York Haven, PA and Anastasia L. Shive of Marysville, PA; his niece Laila Long; and his nephew Sheldon Neumyer-Shive. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
