He is survived by: his wife Siham Musa Akel; his daughters, Linda Althouse (Dan) and Marsha Martin (Eric); his grandchildren, Heather Tadlock (Colin Reynolds), Owen Althouse, Jake Martin and Luke Martin; and his great grandchildren, Cora and Rowan Reynolds (Tadlock).
