He is survived by: his pet Ford; his daughter Danielle Ruben (Johnson); his son-in-law Joshua Ruben; his grandchildren, Phoenix and Atlas Ruben; his great grandchild Dustin Johnson; his grandchild Skyler Sharp; and his brothers, Johnny Johnson (Johnny Johnson, Jr.) and Howard Johnson (Howard Johnson, Jr.).
