With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Stanly Fraser of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on October 5, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill McClendon and Marjorie Orsina Fraser; and his brother Billy Don Fraser. He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy Jean Wilson; his wife Jean Fraser; his children, Stacy Gilder (Thad), Aaron Fraser (Alissa) and John Fraser; his grandchildren, Nick Gilder (Allison) and Mirandie Gilder; and his siblings, Chris Fraser (Sharon), Teresa Moore (Doug), Mindy Sterns (Tommy) and Amy Cox (Bobby). He is also survived by extended family and friends.

“My greatest memories are early Sunday mornin fishin with you Pawpaw. The sky and the sea was my church to. I love you and cherish every memory from the bait shop to visits at W W Gay (or as me and the kids called it Double Doulbe Gay) and smelling the maxwell house coffee. To this day, I think of you when I smell coffee go fishing or hear ice clank in a freshly emptied glass of sweet tea. Best Daddy Grampa ever.”
