He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Taylor and Carl Taylor; and his sisters, Yvonne Thornton and Annette Skinner. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Howard (Craig), Ronda Clark (Jonathan) and Justin Cline; his grandchildren, Collin, Kara, Ian, Kylie and Ripley (Woo Woo); his brother Mike Skinner (Jennifer); his siblings-in-law, Kandie Mathis and Chris Spurling (Vickie); and his close friend Teddy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
