With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roberta Jeanne Dawson (Jacksonville, Florida), born in Kokomo, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Hollingsworth and Kermit Hollingsworth; and her brother Rodger Hollingsworth. She is survived by: her husband William Edward Dawson; her daughters, Angela Tibbits (Perry), Diane Weidenhamer, Terri Dawson and Shari Bush; her grandchildren, Laura, Kindra, William, Nicole and Kaitlyn; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Christopher, Savannah, Isaac, Emily, Fenix, Ella and Charlotte.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home (11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223).
